2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT SOURCES

A. Proprietary Content

Unless otherwise stated, all original video lessons, proprietary arrangements, editorial text, and website design are the exclusive property of PianoMode. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to access this content for your individual learning.

B. Public Domain & Creative Commons (CC) Resources

PianoMode provides access to various sheet music and PDF resources that are either in the Public Domain or licensed under Creative Commons.

  • Public Domain: These works are free of copyright restrictions. However, any editorial additions or custom formatting provided by PianoMode remain our proprietary content.
